Registered Nurse – Float Pool – Full Time Nights Williamson Health is a regional healthcare system based in Williamson County, Tennessee, with more than 2,300 employees across more than 30 locations. Position Summary: To coordinate, implement, and plan nursing care in a timely and accurate manner. Position Requirements: Earned a nursing diploma or degree from a college or university. Licensed in the State of Tennessee. BLS within 90 days of hire. Job‑specific certifications (e.g., Basic Arrhythmia, ACLS, NVCI, AACN/CCRN/CCP, ONS, TNCC, PALS) as required for telemetry, float pool, critical care, oncology, adult and pediatric emergency, and inpatient units. Prior experience in adult medical/surgical, pediatric patient care, critical care, oncology, adult emergency, and pediatric emergency settings. Physical requirements: Able to stand/ work up to 12 hours a day and lift with assistance up to 250 lbs. Key Responsibilities: Perform comprehensive assessments on all patients within the appropriate time of admission. Plan individual patient care, set nursing diagnoses, and develop interventions and attainable outcomes. Teach patient and discharge plans. Administer medications and maintain accurate, timely documentation. Modify plan of care based on patient response and timely assessment. Accept charge responsibilities, assign staff based on patient condition, acuity, and complexity. Maintain a healing therapeutic environment, uphold hygiene standards, and support staff development.
