CNC Saw Operator Location: 801 Stony Battery Road, Landisville, PA 17538 Work Hours: 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM, Monday through Friday Competitive Compensation Bearon, a proud affiliate of The Dixon Group , is looking for a CNC Saw Operator to join our team! As a CNC Saw Operator, you will play a vital role on our manufacturing floor. You will be responsible for safely and efficiently operating our machinery to keep production moving smoothly and accurately. What You'll Do: Set up, operate, and maintain a CNC Hydmech Saw, as well as CNC mills and lathes, to produce precision metal components. Safely transport raw materials to and from the saw station. Inspect finished products to ensure they meet drawing specifications, recognizing machining issues and making necessary adjustments. Perform daily preventative maintenance activities on equipment to ensure optimal performance. Maintain flexibility by taking on rotating assignments, including manual operations and assembly tasks as needed. Work safely alongside co-workers, strictly adhering to all safety protocols, and collaborate effectively as part of the production team. Actively participate in training to learn Bearon's unique manufacturing processes and develop CNC programming skills. What We’re Looking For: High School Diploma or equivalent is required. Background in machining or manufacturing is required (e.g., machine shop, metal manufacturing). Previous experience as a CNC operator, machine operator, or mechanic is highly preferred. Trade school education in mechanics, automotive, or manufacturing is a plus. Strong mechanical aptitude and shop mathematics skills. Ability to read and interpret blueprints. Proficiency in using basic hand tools and precision measuring tools. A detail-oriented mindset with the ability to troubleshoot and solve problems. Excellent attendance, a positive attitude, and a high level of dedication. Ability to stand for a full 8-hour shift and lift and move up to 50 pounds over the course of a shift.
