Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients with injuries or conditions resulting in decline of physical mobility or functional independence
• Provide specialty care across a broad patient population, including pediatrics, geriatrics, neurological, women's health, lymphedema, and wheelchair fitting
• Deliver acute care services within a high-acuity, Level 2 trauma center environment
• Provide outpatient therapy services as needed, utilizing advanced equipment including an underwater treadmill
• Travel and provide services across multiple care sites depending on patient need

Required Qualifications

• Current, unencumbered Oregon Physical Therapy license required
• Healthcare Provider Level BLS certification required
• Must be able to travel to multiple points of care

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience in acute care or inpatient rehabilitation settings
• Experience treating complex or high-acuity patient populations
• Familiarity with outpatient therapy services and specialized equipment
