Test TechnicianSeeking a Test Technician for a leading technology company in Chelmsford MA. This is an exciting contract opportunity with potential for long-term employment. In this role you'll play a key part in assembling and/or testing cutting-edge products and systems in production.Job Details:Location: Chelmsford MAShift: Day Shift Full-Time Fulltime Monday-Thursday 6:00am-4:30pmStarting Salary: $22.00 - $24.00/hourWhat you will do:Perform electrical and RF testing on systems sub-assemblies and circuit boards using manual and automated test equipment.Work from Process/Work Instructions and test plans to ensure products meet quality standards.Use various measuring instruments and electronic test equipment to meet quality requirements.Document accurate data records and results test databases generate reports and assist in improving test procedures.Basic troubleshooting / retesting of electronic assemblies.Collaborate with production quality and engineering teams to improve throughput and continuous improvement.What we are looking For:Basic computer skills required including ability to navigate digital systems for timekeeping work instructions and task confirmation.Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.Experience with electrical and/or micro-electronics preferred.Knowledge of ESD procedures and test equipment.Strong work ethics and a reputation for punctuality and reliability with a desire to grow and learn in their role.High school diploma or GED required.Skills: test plan, troubleshooting, multimeter, electronics, schematic, electrical, mechanical, oscilloscope, test equipment, pcbJob Type & Location: This is a Contract position based out of Chelmsford, MA.Pay and Benefits: The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $24.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
