Human Resources Assistant

We are seeking a detail-oriented Human Resources Assistant to support our HR team in managing day-to-day administrative tasks. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, communicative, and eager to contribute to a positive employee experience.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with recruitment processes, including posting job openings and scheduling interviews
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases accurately
- Support onboarding activities for new hires, ensuring smooth integration
- Coordinate employee training sessions and track participation
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding policies, benefits, and procedures
- Prepare HR documents such as employment contracts and offer letters
- Assist with payroll and benefits administration as needed

Qualifications:
- Associate’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred
- 1-2 years of experience in an HR support role or administrative position
- Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS systems
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
- Team player with a proactive and positive attitude
