Licensed Clinical Social Worker

Rula Health is hiring a Licensed Clinical Social Worker to provide high-quality telehealth psychotherapy to diverse adult clients. In this remote, mission-driven role, you’ll complete biopsychosocial assessments, deliver evidence-based individual therapy, create and adjust treatment plans, and coordinate care with psychiatrists and primary care providers. You’ll use Rula’s technology platform for documentation and scheduling while maintaining timely, compliant notes. This position offers schedule flexibility, strong clinical support, and the opportunity to expand access to insurance-covered mental health care at scale.
