Responsible for coordinating mail-room operations, distribution of office supplies, and maintenance of office equipment. Responsible for mail and parcel pickup and distribution. Order office supplies. Act as a back-up for the receptionist as needed.

• Pick-up mail daily from the United States Postal Service facility. Sort and distribute to various distribution points throughout the office.
• Distribute daily incoming Federal Express and UPS packages and maintains a signature log of deliveries. Prepare outgoing Federal Express and UPS packages for pick-up. Prepare and process pre-sort mail as necessary. Coordinate pre-sort mail pick-ups.
• Maintain, order and dispense office supplies as needed, assuring supplies are available to fellow co-workers and.
• Assist with outgoing mail procedures including weighing, applying proper postage, etc. Distributes mail/interoffice correspondence left in the in/out mailboxes throughout office area every hour, or as required.
• Assist with coffee supply inventory and upkeep and preparation of all coffee stations.
• Transmit outgoing faxes and distribute incoming faxes in a timely manner, per established procedures.
• Maintain toner supplies, distributing upon delivery.
• Assist in office records retention.
• Provide backup service for driver/messenger, including running errands for officers, special deliveries, hospitality, airport runs, etc.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license.
• Helpful service attitude.
• Two (2) years of Office Services experience preferred.

Physical Demand Requirements

Occasionally required to stand, walk or sit; use hands to finger, handle or feel objects, tools or controls; reach with hands and arms; climb stairs; balance; stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl; talk or hear; taste or smell. The employee must lift and move objects up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by the job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.

Pay Range: $20-22 per hour
