**Job Description:**

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Auto/Truck Maintenance Service Center Manager to oversee the daily operations of our service center located in Goldsboro, NC. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in automotive or truck maintenance, along with exceptional leadership and customer service skills.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Manage and coordinate all service center operations, ensuring high standards of service and customer satisfaction.
- Lead and motivate a team of technicians and support staff, promoting a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Monitor and manage financial performance, including budgeting, expense control, and profitability.
- Develop and implement effective service strategies to maximize efficiency and productivity.
- Ensure compliance with all company policies, safety regulations, and industry standards.

- Oversee the scheduling of repairs, maintenance activities, and the ordering of parts and supplies.

**Qualifications:**

- Proven experience in automotive/truck maintenance management or a similar role.

- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- A valid driver’s license is required.

**Education and Experience:**

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional automotive or trade certifications are a plus.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in automotive or truck service center management is preferred.
