Product Owner

We are working with a leading US manufacturing organisation and are looking to bring in a Salesforce Product Owner on a long-term basis, working closely with both business and technical leadership to improve delivery, DevOps, testing and test-automation maturity. This isn't just a traditional Product Owner position. You'll be trusted to lead and influence key initiatives including: Leading and facilitating Scrum ceremonies Breaking down epics into clear user stories and development tasks Working closely with business stakeholders to understand and clarify requirements Acting as the key link between business stakeholders and the development team Answering developer questions and removing ambiguity throughout delivery Signing off development tickets and ensuring requirements have been met Ensuring work has successfully passed QA before release Helping improve the team's DevOps, testing and test-automation maturity Working closely with leadership to continuously improve the development and delivery process The environment includes: Agile / Scrum Product Ownership DevOps & CI/CD QA & Test Automation Business & Technical Stakeholder Management There's also a genuine progression opportunity here. The team is expected to grow, and they're looking for someone who could potentially take on increasing responsibility within the organisation over the next 9–12 months . This is a long-term contract - hire opportunity for professionals local to the Minneapolis, Minnesota area , with a flexible hybrid setup of 2 days onsite .
