Electrician Replacement for Aaron Conlay Job Description As an Electrician, you will support production by maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing a wide range of manufacturing equipment to ensure safe and efficient operations. Key Responsibilities Perform electrical maintenance and repairs on a variety of equipment, including but not limited to robots, CNC lathes, mills, conveyors, induction heating systems, and forging presses. Analyze, diagnose, and troubleshoot electrical and control system issues using PLC troubleshooting techniques and effective repair methods. Interpret electrical drawings, schematics, equipment specifications, and technical documentation to complete repairs and installations. Conduct preventive, predictive, and routine maintenance inspections to minimize equipment downtime. Safely operate and utilize electrical tools and testing equipment, including hand tools, conduit benders, megger insulation testers, and voltage/amperage measuring devices. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment while following established procedures and company standards. Comply with all applicable federal, state, and local regulations, as well as all MIOSHA and Dauch safety policies and procedures. Compensation The starting wage for this position is $38.23 per hour , plus a shift premium for off-shift assignments: 2nd Shift: +$0.75 per hour 3rd Shift: +$0.75 per hour Required Skills and Education Experience with relay logic, motors, motor starters and control circuits for AC & DC Motors. Strong oral and written communication skills. Ability to work as a team or independently with little supervision. Shift flexibility is essential. Preferred.
