Who We’re Looking For

This role is ideal for LMTs who:

• Are confident in therapeutic or sports‑based bodywork
• Enjoy assessment and adapting techniques to each client
• Value autonomy and professional standards
• Want consistent, high‑quality clients who respect their craft
• Care deeply about progress and long‑term outcomes

Position Requirements

Required

• Active Utah LMT license

Strong Fit

• Sports or orthopedic massage experience
• Injury‑focused or clinical bodywork background
• Myofascial release, trigger point, or neuromuscular skills
• Comfort working with athletic or high‑demand bodies

Bonus Skills (Not Required)

• Cupping therapy
• Gua Sha / scraping
• Assisted stretching or movement‑based techniques
• SOAP notes or clinical documentation

Compensation

• Base Pay: $25–$35 per massage hour (experience‑based)
• Tips: Average $15–$25 per massage hour
• Typical Total Compensation: $40–$60 per hour
