Industrial Conduit and Cabling Technician

Shifts

Weekday: Monday–Thursday, 6:00am–4:30pm
Weekend: Friday–Sunday, 6:00am–6:30pm

Your impact

Follow all safety and manufacturing policies to drive consistent, incident-free work
Ensure quality by executing standard work/process instructions and escalating risks
Maintain a clean, organized station
Install devices: disconnects, lighting, panel boards, transformers, battery chargers, lighting contactors, VFDs, and related hardware
Bend, run, and install EMT and Rigid conduit
Install wireway and cable tray
Pull wire and large cable
Cut, strip, crimp, and terminate conductors
Wire per NEC Manual-based standard work/instructions
Contribute on other tasks as requested, directed, or assigned

Physical/work conditions

Constant standing; frequent ladder use (climb up/down)
Regular overhead work and tasks in tight spaces
Occasional lifting up to 50 lbs.

What you bring

Minimum

High school diploma or GED plus 1 year of relevant manufacturing experience; or an equivalent mix of education and relevant experience
English communication skills (written and verbal)
Basic math skills; ability to read a tape measure
Familiarity with air, hand, and power tools; basic mechanical aptitude

Preferred

GB Sidewinder conduit bending (EMT and Rigid)
Hands-on experience installing cable tray and wireway
Proven crimping and termination ability
Blueprint and drawing literacy
Working knowledge of electricity, circuits, and common components (panel boards, transformers, disconnects, terminal blocks, relays, lighting contactors, etc.)
Exposure to the NEC
