In this role, you’ll provide front desk support, assist visitors, and help keep daily operations running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet & Assist Visitors – Welcome residents, families, and guests with warmth and professionalism

• Answer & Direct Calls – Manage a multi-line phone system efficiently

• Clerical Support – Assist with filing, scheduling, and data entry

• Coordinate Deliveries & Appointments – Help ensure smooth communication across departments

• Maintain Front Desk Appearance – Keep the reception area organized and professional

Qualifications:

• Previous receptionist or administrative experience (preferred)

• Strong communication and customer service skills

• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment

• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office and office equipment

• Friendly, professional, and courteous demeanor
