Job Description100 Utah Ave South San Francisco California, 94080,\n\n\n Pay Range Minimum \n\n$31.00\n\n\n\n\n\n\n Position Description: \n\nResponsible for safely operating a vehicle to pick up, transport and/or deliver donated goods for Goodwill of the San Francisco Bay. Must have strong adherence to all safety policies and wearing all required personal protective equipment at all times. Responsible for providing a high level of customer service to donors and other GCNA departments. \n\n\n Essential Duties and Responsibilities :\n\n\n \n Safely operates a vehicle to collect, transport and/or deliver donations, processed merchandise and other materials, as directed. \n \n Acts courteously, handles customer concerns, and resolves and/or escalates when necessary. \n \n Follows all established policies, procedures and local, county, state and federal laws.\n \n Performs daily vehicle maintenance checks.\n \n Ensures daily work requirements are met, maintaining quality and quantity performance. Processes and submits paperwork as directed and reviews reporting.\n \n May be required to work overtime to complete assigned tasks.\n \n Responsible for following and ensuring all safety rules are complied with and appropriate safety equipment is used.
