Front Desk / Concierge

We’re hiring for our Concierge / Front Desk Office Assistant! You’ll be the person who helps members get started, keeps the team organized, and makes sure people receive the right support at the right time. We are seeking people like you! “Are you organized, personable, and good at making sure people feel taken care of?” We’re hiring a full-time Recovery Concierge / Front Desk Coordinator to support our online recovery coaching department and in-person clinic in El Paso. Our mission is to help people with knee and hip arthritis avoid surgery and get back to being active again. This role is ideal for someone with experience in customer service, reception, healthcare administration, fitness, coaching, or member support. This role combines three important areas: member onboarding and scheduling, recovery department support, and front desk operations. You’ll help new members get started successfully. Sending reminders Following up on missed appointments Maintaining accurate records Helping members You will also help capture video testimonials from members using our established process and consent guidelines. You’ll support the Recovery Coaching Department. You’ll coordinate calendars for the Recovery Coaches and Physical Therapists, prepare daily and weekly schedules, track onboarding progress, identify scheduling problems early, and route clinical or technical questions to the appropriate team member. You are not expected to diagnose conditions or prescribe exercises. Your job is to make sure those questions reach the right professional. you’ll provide front desk and clinic support, you’ll greet local clients and visitors, answer phones and messages, manage check-in and check-out, keep the reception area organized, and support basic administrative tasks. Qualifications for the Front Desk Role: You should be able to manage multiple priorities, learn scheduling and communication software, follow established procedures, protect confidential information, and elevate questions appropriately. Experience in physical therapy, fitness, healthcare, memberships, HubSpot, personal training, coaching, or exercise science is helpful, but not required. You’ll be the person who helps members get started, keeps the team organized, and makes sure people receive the right support at the right time. This role combines three important areas: member onboarding and scheduling, recovery department support, and front desk operations. This is a full-time, on-site position. Pay is competitive with receptionist and front desk positions, but we provide a clear pathway to earn more by consistently reaching productivity targets.
