Facilities Manager

Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day facility operations (maintenance, repairs, renovations)

  • Manage vendors and contractors (quotes, agreements, performance)

  • Lead and develop facilities staff

  • Handle budgeting, costs, and facility services (security, cleaning, parking, etc.)

  • Ensure health, safety, and compliance standards are met

  • Manage building security and access systems

  • Respond quickly to facility issues and employee requests

Skills and Requirements

Experience in facilities management or operations (leadership preferred)

Knowledge of building systems, maintenance, and construction workflows

Strong communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills

Comfortable with Microsoft Office and facility management tool Bachelor’s degree or certifications (CFM/FMP) are a plus

Experience in Yardi is a major plus
