Remote Pharmacy Prior Authorization Specialist

NTT Data Americas, Inc.

NTT DATA Services seeks a Pharmacy Technician (Prior Authorizations-Call Center) to join our team remotely. The role handles inbound calls, documents reviews, and escalates questions to pharmacists. Training occurs, with hours Mon-Fri 11a-11p CST.

High school diploma required; pharmacy tech experience preferred. This is a remote position offering comprehensive benefits. Candidates should have strong customer service and communication skills, and experience in healthcare or PBM environments is
