Our client, a well-established and growing organization, is seeking an experienced FP&A professional to drive financial planning, reporting, forecasting, and strategic analysis.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead monthly reporting, executive presentations, and variance analysis.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and long-term strategic planning.
- Build financial models and scenario analyses.
- Manage the rolling 13-week cash forecast and working-capital analysis.
- Support debt covenant and borrowing-base reporting.
- Partner with operational leaders to identify risks, opportunities, and performance drivers.
Ideal Candidate
- Min 3 years of FP&A, corporate finance, or related experience.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting.
- Strong financial modeling, analytical, and communication skills.
- ERP/BI experience Sage or Tableau a plus.
- MBA, CPA, or CFA a bonus.
