Job Summary:
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Server to join our exceptional team at East Ridge Nursing and Rehab in Miami, Florida. As a Server, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional dining experiences for our residents. Responsibilities:
Prepare and serve meals to residents in a timely and efficient manner
Maintain a clean and safe dining environment, adhering to food safety guidelines
Respond to resident requests and concerns in a prompt and courteous manner
Work collaboratively with dietary staff, chefs, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless meal service
Perform routine cleaning and sanitizing tasks to maintain a high level of cleanliness
Adapt to changing priorities and workflow, demonstrating flexibility and a positive attitude
