Job Title: Physical Therapist/PT - Physical Therapy

Hourly Pay Rate: $60.30

Job Description:
Join our team as a Physical Therapist or PTA working Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM. No call or weekend requirements. We will consider PTAs for this position. The role involves managing a caseload independently across a variety of patient types, including spinal cord injuries, TBI, strokes, amputees, multiple trauma, orthopedic surgeries, sports medicine, pediatrics, neuro diagnoses, and skilled nursing patients. The department is supported by a supervisor, assistant director, and peer therapists. No floating between facilities unless specified. Full case loads are expected within the first week, with orientation covering hospital and departmental specifics.

Requirements:

Current LA PT license or LA PTA license depending on role
BLS certification required
Experience with patient types listed above (minimum 1+ years in specialty)
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
Knowledge of EMR systems including EPIC, Meditech Expanse, and Wellsky
Scrub color for inpatient: Pewter; outpatient: professional dress
No holidays or weekend coverage (except for IPR and Acute cases, approximately once per month)
Parking: Free parking

Schedule:

Hours: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
No call responsibilities
No weekend coverage for outpatient; approximately 1 weekend/month for inpatient/acute care
