Forty percent of your time is spent in direct 1-on-1 and small-group sessions that identify obstacles and establish stretch goals. Another forty percent involves facilitating structured life-skills workshops designed for skill acquisition, not engagement for its own sake. The final twenty percent is dedicated to morning sessions that set a daily tone rooted in a culture where mediocrity has no place. The trajectory here emphasizes mastery, not hierarchy. You begin by internalizing Alpha's methodology and earning the trust of your students. Within a matter of months, you become the individual they rely on to challenge them beyond their perceived limits. The payoff isn't vertical advancement. What You Will Be Doing Conducting 1-on-1 and small-group coaching sessions informed by Coachbot analytics and student performance data to identify barriers, establish ambitious objectives, and ensure accountability for execution Facilitating structured life-skills workshops designed for competency development, drawing on authentic narratives from your own high-achievement background, then evaluating mastery via Alpha's Test2Pass framework Establishing the campus culture each morning through intentional kickoff sessions that reinforce a performance-driven environment Monitoring student advancement in real time and refining coaching approaches based on evidence rather than intuition Cultivating trusted relationships with students and their families by maintaining rigorous standards, delivering consistency, and documenting individualized motivation strategies What You Won't Be Doing Delivering lessons, creating curricula, or evaluating assignments — Alpha's AI-based academic system manages instruction; your focus is student drive Addressing a traditional classroom of 30 students (your work centers on intensive coaching in smaller settings, not large-group instruction) Supervising additional personnel or pursuing a management track (this position prioritizes direct student outcomes, not organizational advancement) Attending conventional staff meetings or dealing with institutional red tape (your schedule remains dedicated to student interaction) Compromising standards to satisfy performance indicators (if a student achieves 99%, your task is to understand what prevented 100%) Student Success Strategist Key Responsibilities Drive exceptional student motivation, growth, and life-skill mastery at Alpha's highest-expectation campuses.
