Full-Time Real Estate Agent | Brokerage Leads + Hands-On Broker Support

You have your real estate license.

You’ve closed a few transactions.

You know you can succeed in this business.

We are currently looking for only 2 experienced, full-time real estate agents to join our team.

This is not an opportunity for someone looking to hang their license somewhere. We are looking for agents who have already closed a few transactions, understand the basics of the business, and are ready to take their production to the next level.

Approximately 8 brokerage-provided leads per month

We invest in multiple lead sources to create additional opportunities for our agents. You should still build your personal sphere and referral business—but you won't be expected to generate every opportunity on your own.

Real Broker Support

When you have a difficult negotiation, contract question, challenging client situation, or need help putting a deal together, you will have access to an experienced broker who is actively involved in the business.

Not just someone whose name is on your license.

• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their real estate needs are met with professionalism and care.

• Conduct property showings and open houses, providing clients with expert guidance and insights into the local market.

• Negotiate offers and contracts on behalf of clients, ensuring favorable terms and smooth transactions.

• Collaborate closely with our broker and support team to resolve complex issues and enhance client satisfaction.

• Participate in ongoing training and coaching sessions to refine your skills and stay ahead in the real estate industry.

• Utilize our advanced CRM and lead management systems to track client interactions and manage your sales pipeline efficiently.

This opportunity is for an agent who:

• Has an active California real estate license

• Has already successfully closed multiple real estate transactions
