OBGYN Opportunity - Nashville, TN | Women Obstetrics & Gynecology Women Obstetrics & Gynecology is growing and seeking a Board Eligible or Board Certified OBGYN physician to join our collaborative team. This is an exceptional opportunity for a practicing physician or 2026 graduate who values compassionate care and collegial teamwork within a supportive private practice setting. Practice Highlights Comprehensive Practice Full-scope obstetrics and gynecology. Hospital Privileges Access to Ascension Saint Thomas Midtown Hospital and TriStar Centennial Women’s & Children’s Hospital, both featuring Level III NICUs and conveniently located two blocks apart for efficient inpatient care. Flexible Schedule 3.5 clinic days per week with options for a post-call day off and/or dedicated OR half-days. Shared Call Model 16 rotation ensuring equitable call and holiday coverage. Call can be taken from home unless clinically necessary, with dedicated nurses handling patient calls. Strong Support System Robust Advanced Practice Provider (APP) team including Women's Health Nurse Practitioners (WHNPs), Certified Nurse-Midwives (CNMs), and a Physician Assistant (PA). Consistent in-office clinical support assigned to each provider. Weekend rounding support from APPs. Professional Growth Robust mentorship and partnership pathway available.
