Pay: $20.00 - $21.00 per hour DOE

Schedule:
Monday-Friday
2:00 PM Start Time

Training Schedule: Associates will train on a 10:00 AM start time during the first few weeks before transitioning to the regular 2:00 PM shift.

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Associate to join a fast-paced 3PL distribution environment. This position requires experience operating both Sit-Down and Stand-Up Reach forklifts, along with inventory control, replenishment, order picking, and general warehouse duties. The ideal candidate is comfortable working in a dynamic warehouse setting and willing to assist wherever needed.

Responsibilities

Operate Sit-Down Forklifts and Stand-Up Reach Trucks safely and efficiently
Perform e-commerce replenishment activities
Pick orders accurately using handheld RF scanners
Complete inventory transactions and cycle count support
Put away product using material handling equipment (MHE) and handheld scanners
Load outbound LTL and FTL shipments
Assist with container unloading and general warehouse duties as needed
Maintain accurate inventory records within the WMS system
Follow all warehouse safety procedures and company policies

Qualifications

Experience operating Sit-Down Forklifts and Stand-Up Reach Trucks
Previous warehouse or 3PL experience preferred
Experience with inventory control and replenishment
Knowledge of WMS (Warehouse Management Systems)
Experience using handheld RF scanners
Familiarity with loading LTL and FTL carriers
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical warehouse work
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
