Steadfast Health seeks a mission-driven Behavioral Health Supervisor to join our founding Raleigh team, leading clinicians and delivering whole-person, trauma-informed care for individuals with substance use disorders. As a founding member, you’ll influence clinical program development and supervise staff, with board-approved oversight, while maintaining compliance and documentation across the clinic.
