Project Manager Content Creator

We're looking for an organized, proactive Project Manager Content Creator to own the operational infrastructure of our Social Media department. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on systems and structure, and wants to play a key part in scaling a fast-growing marketing operation supporting real estate Market Centers nationwide. Key Responsibilities Manage day-to-day production workflow in Trello, keeping the team on schedule and client notes current Build and maintain content calendars across approximately 30 client accounts, planning production in weekly batches Manage day-to-day social media account activity for a roster of approximately 8 clients Lead onboarding calls for new and incoming clients, and represent NurturPro on quarterly client check-in calls Coordinate with our graphic designer on template creation and edits for client accounts Assign and coordinate client accounts across interns, keeping production timelines on track Lead intern onboarding and serve as the primary point of contact for day-to-day intern questions Pull and upload monthly analytics reports and platform reports for all clients Document and refine SOPs, workflows, and client processes as the department evolves Qualifications Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Fluent in tools including Trello, Basecamp, Canva, SocialPilot and KW Command Comfortable managing multiple accounts and deadlines in a fast-paced environment Strong written and verbal communication skills; able to manage up, manage across, and mentor interns Proactive mindset with a willingness to identify and suggest process improvements Prior experience in marketing, operations, or project coordination is a plus but not required Reports to the Director of Operations Hybrid, part-time position within the Social Media department, approximately 30 hrs/week #J-18808-Ljbffr NurturPro
