Position: Admin Nursing Supervisor, Evening Shift, 24 hours Location: Putnam, CT Job Id: 13210006252026 # of Openings: 1 Day Kimball Healthcare is hiring for an Admin Nursing Supervisor for Patient Staffing, Part Time, 24‑hour Evening Shift job in Putnam, CT. Responsibilities Acts as the administrative supervisor for all departments during evening, night, and weekend shifts, including managing operations for closed departments. Serves as a key clinical resource person, providing leadership, guidance, and support for staff development across units. Functions as a dedicated patient advocate, challenging potentially harmful care and ensuring a safe environment for patients, staff, and visitors. Oversees and manages the patient admission process to ensure full alignment with hospital policies. Initiates cost‑containment measures with a strong focus on optimizing manpower and maintaining safe, adequate staffing levels. Facilitates conflict resolution and cohesion between units while handling performance reviews and feedback for assigned staff.
