Read blueprints and utilize advanced attention to detail skills to accurately execute welding projects. Use measuring tape and welding symbols to ensure precise specifications are met. Maintain a strong work ethic, demonstrating reliability and commitment to meeting project deadlines. Adhere to safety guidelines and wear appropriate personal protective equipment, such as steel-toed shoes and safety glasses. Qualifications Previous experience with MIG welding, including Pulse, Flux, GMAW, and FCAW techniques, as well as Spray Arc. Proficient in reading blueprints and interpreting welding symbols. Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately. Excellent work ethic and ability to work independently or as part of a team. Associate Requirements HS Diploma or GED Background Check Able to Lift 50 pounds Drug Test Stand for Shift Duration Must be at least 18 years old The hourly rate for this position is anticipated between $22.00 – $24.00 per hour. This range is a good-faith estimate, based on the shift you work and other considerations permitted by law. An employee’s pay history will not be a contributing factor where prohibited by local law.
