This role sits at the center of market intelligence, candidate development, and search execution—serving as a trusted advisor to both internal partners and prospective candidates.You willSearch Execution & DeliveryPartner with Executive Recruiters and Business Leaders to deliver high-quality executive search engagementsDrive the end-to-end sourcing lifecycle—from market mapping through candidate developmentEnsure rigorous execution, attention to detail, and a high standard of candidate experienceMarket Intelligence & Talent MappingDevelop and execute research strategies to identify target companies and talent poolsBuild comprehensive talent maps aligned to business priorities and leadership competenciesMaintain deep knowledge of industry trends, competitor landscapes, and executive talent movementsCandidate Identification & EngagementExecute on proactive outreach strategies to attract passive executive talentQualify candidates through thoughtful screening, assessing capability, motivation, and fitBuild long-term relationships with executive talent pipelinesPartner with recruiters to calibrate candidate profiles and refine search strategiesStakeholder PartnershipCollaborate closely with executive recruiters to align on search strategy and candidate profilesCommunicate insights, progress, and market feedback to inform decision-makingContribute to search updates and executive-level candidate presentationsData, Reporting & InsightsMaintain accurate and high-quality data within recruiting systems and talent databasesGenerate insights from search activity to inform future hiring and talent strategiesSupport the creation of candidate profiles, market summaries, and search progress reportsYou haveCore CapabilitiesStrong executive sourcing and research expertise with a structured, strategic approachAbility to engage and influence senior-level candidates with credibility and professionalismExcellent communication skills, including written narratives and stakeholder presentationsHigh level of ownership, accountability, and execution disciplineAbility to manage multiple concurrent searches in a fast-paced environmentExperience & Qualifications2–5+ years of experience in executive search, recruiting, or talent sourcing from a retained search firm or financial services is a plusExperience supporting or leading searches for senior-level or leadership roles preferredDemonstrated ability to operate in a highly consultative and research-driven environmentStrong organizational skills with the ability to manage competing prioritiesComfortable interacting with and presenting to senior stakeholdersLocationHybrid role - 3 days in office in the Hudson Yards, NYC or Stamford, CT office; 2 days WFHSalary Range:$82,770.00 - $135,975.00The salary range reflected above is a good faith estimate of base pay for the primary location of the position. The salary for this position ultimately will be determined based on the education, experience, knowledge, and abilities of the successful candidate.
