Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated and organized Marketing & Logistics Coordinator to support sports-related company. This role combines creative marketing responsibilities with hands-on event coordination and logistics.
Key Responsibilities
- Support marketing campaigns across social media, email, digital platforms, and promotional materials.
- Help manage event-day operations and troubleshoot logistical issues as they arise.
- Track marketing and event timelines, budgets, inventory, and deliverables.
- Assist with sponsor activations and promotional opportunities.
- Perform other marketing, administrative, and event-support duties as needed.
Qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience in marketing, event coordination, sports, or a related field preferred.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, event-driven environment.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Passion for sports and familiarity with the sports industry is a plus.
