Schedule: Full-time position requiring every other weekend and holiday shifts

Highlights:

• Minimum of three years phlebotomy experience required
• Comprehensive specimen collection including arterial punctures, blood cultures, and specialized testing
• Work with Hospital Information Systems (HIS) and Laboratory Information Systems (LIS)
• Opportunity to perform limited waived testing and quality control procedures
• May include EKG tracing responsibilities depending on assigned location
• Rotating weekend and holiday schedule provides work-life balance

Requirements:

• Minimum three years of phlebotomy experience
• Proficiency in venipuncture across diverse patient populations
• Experience with Hospital Information Systems and Laboratory Information Systems
• Valid driver's license for specimen transport and off-site collections
• Strong knowledge of specimen handling, processing, and integrity protocols
• Excellent patient interaction and communication skills
