Patient Financial Counselor Phoenix, AZ | Temp-to-Hire | $20-$24/hour Our client, a growing healthcare organization, is seeking a Patient Financial Counselor to join their team. This role is ideal for someone with experience in patient collections, insurance verification, and assisting patients with understanding their financial responsibilities.

Responsibilities:

• Verify insurance eligibility and benefits
• Discuss payment options and financial assistance programs with patients
• Collect patient payments and resolve billing concerns
• Coordinate benefits and review insurance coverage
• Maintain accurate documentation and patient records

Qualifications:

• Experience in patient financial counseling, patient access, or healthcare collections
• Strong insurance verification experience
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work some weekends as needed
