Sales Operations Programs Coordinator

Sales Operations Programs Coordinator supports the execution of product demonstration and system programs across the United States by managing logistics, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring seamless event delivery for sales and marketing initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate resources and logistics for local market development events hosted by sales and marketing teams
• Support mobile system programs to facilitate sales events and marketing symposia
• Serve as communication liaison between sales, marketing, and third-party vendors to resolve scheduling conflicts
• Manage inventory of instruments and accessories; coordinate shipments to and from national events
• Execute recurring quarterly deliverables including reporting packages and performance reports

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, communications, or related field
• 2-4 years of relevant work experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Tableau, SQL, Snowflake, and Salesforce
• Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Capacity to lift 50 pounds regularly
• Logistics experience preferred
