South San Jose: Female, 9am-4:30pm (7.5 hour shifts), seizure safety and home care aide

South San Jose: Female, 4:30pm-12am (7.5 hour shifts), seizure safety and home care aide

East Los Gatos: Female, 6am-12pm (6 hour shifts), dementia and senior care

Sunnyvale: Female, 7:45am-5:15pm (9.5 hour shifts), CP Total Care (shift differential available)

Sunnyvale: Female, 9am-5pm (8 hour shifts), fall safety, daily life caregiving

Caregiver Pay Range: $21 - $26

Responsibilities:

• Assist clients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation
• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Help with light housekeeping and laundry
• Monitor and report changes in clients well-being or behavior
• Follow care plans and safety protocols
• Assist with medication reminders
• Provide transportation or accompany clients to appointments as needed
• Foster independence and promote social interaction

Qualifications:

• Previous caregiver experience required
• Must register as a Home Care Aide with CDSS
• 18 years old and a High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid drivers license, reliable transportation, and proof of automobile insurance are required
• Ability to pass a live scan background check and drug screening
• CPR certification
• TB test or chest x-ray
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Compassionate, patient, and dependable attitude
