We are looking for energetic, hardworking, and dedicated professionals who take pride in what they do and want to join the team.Benefits package can include:Medical, dental, vision, short and long term disability and life insurance401K, with company matching10 paid holidays per yearProfit sharingTuition ReimbursementPaid vacation daysShift DifferentialKey responsibilities will include:Work from tool room schedule to ensure that production tooling and equipment is ready to meet customer requirementsTroubleshoot tooling problems at pressesWork with all employees to continuously improve quality and productionWork on production equipment when necessary to maintain productionRequisition supplies and spare parts for tool room and dies and keep these areas organizedMaintain clean work areasWork with outside tradesman as requiredAvailable for overtime as requiredAvailable for training as requiredSuggest methods of improvement (Continuous Improvement Plan)Interpret prints for tooling modifications, accuracy, &/or improvementsWork with Engineers to create &/or modify prints to reflect changesPerform Preventive maintenance by assignmentThe ideal candidate must:Have Previous Tool and Die maker experience- 3 years or moreCertified Tool and Die Maker or relevant experienceAbility to listen and communicate effectivelyAble to multitask efficientlyStrong organizational skillsBe Self-motivated, self-directed and able to make and meet specific goals in the tooling departmentWilling to learn or possess computer skills including, Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and CADWilling to learn simple electronics for sensor program assistanceApprentice Program Completion-Is a Plus!We offer an excellent benefits package and a competitive starting salary DOE.You should be proficient in:Troubleshooting SkillsCAD SoftwareMetal Stamping & Forming (Progressive Die)Tool/Die/Mold Repair SkillsTool/Die/Mold Setup Experience #J-18808-Ljbffr
