Shipping Clerk

Job Full Description

West Bend wood manufacturing company looking for a Shipping Clerk!

Key duties and responsibilities may include:

• Package finished product for shipping (shrink wrapping, boxing, labeling) and give dimensions and weights to the logistics coordinator.
• Stage finished product for loading using forklifts.
• Load finished product onto trucks and take pictures for documentation purposes.
• Review production requirements / schedule with the Production Manager daily.
• Request paperwork for shipments if needed.
• Other duties as needed / assigned.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience in Shipping/Receiving or related role required.
• Ability to wrap, push and strap fixtures for shipping.
• Experience operating forklifts.
• Basic reading, writing and arithmetic skills.
• Easy to work with, organized, and willing to take the lead once fully trained.
• High school diploma or equivalent education.

Job Specifications:

• Pay Range: $21/hour
• Shift(s): 1st
• Hours: 7am-3:30pm
