What You'll Do: Welcome customers with energy and a positive attitude, creating a memorable visit every time. Maintain a safe, efficient, and spotlessly clean environment throughout your shift. Promote memberships and services, contributing to team sales goals. Support teammates and lead by example great culture starts with great people. Work comfortably outdoors in varying weather conditions. What We're Looking For: Customer service or sales experience preferred (not required we'll train you!). Strong communication skills and a team-first mindset. Reliable transportation and availability on weekends and holidays. Ability to work on your feet outdoors for prolonged periods. Comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs. Car wash experience is a plus, but not required. If you're upbeat and dependable, we want to hear from you. Compensation & Benefits: Pay: Up to $16.00 per hour (based on experience). Site-wide bonus opportunities. $1,000 sign-on bonus paid after 6 months of continuous employment without documented attendance issues.
