Working closely with the CEO, Board, and executive leadership team, the President will be responsible for driving growth, strengthening relationships with hospitals and health systems, advancing innovation, and ensuring Vitalant continues to lead the industry in delivering lifesaving impact for patients and communities across the country.

Vitalant operates one of the largest and most comprehensive blood services networks in the United States including:

• About 115 donation centers across the country and a national mobile collection program
• 1.6 million annual blood, platelet and plasma donations supplying around 10% of the total blood product supply in the country
• Approximately 60,000 donation opportunities annually, inclusive of community blood drives and donation centers
• Over 4,000 team members
• Extensive collection, manufacturing, laboratory, and distribution capabilities that support patients and providers nationwide
