Investment Operations Analyst

Supporting the end-to-end closing process for private investments, the full-time Analyst, Transaction Services will coordinate documentation, funding, and system setup while working in a hybrid environment that balances in-office collaboration with remote flexibility. Key responsibilities Coordinating documentation and funding for private equity, private credit, real estate, and structured transactions Reviewing transaction documents to assess implications for operational and accounting setup Managing deal pipelines and closing timelines while ensuring smooth transaction onboarding and settlement Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field 1-3 years of experience in investment operations, transaction support, fund accounting, or financial services Basic understanding of private investment structures and financial instruments Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple transactions in a fast-paced environment Solid Excel and data management skills
