You'll have the autonomy to lead, the support to grow, and the opportunity to make a real impact every single day.What You'll Do Lead the Floor & the TeamDeliver exceptional, personalized service to every guestCreate a welcoming, high-energy environment for guests and team membersCoordinate the service floor to keep the day running smoothlyCoach, Develop & InspireTrain, coach, and support your team's growth and performanceBuild strong relationships with Designers, Guest Services, and AssistantsReinforce Mango's culture, values, and initiativesManage the BusinessOversee scheduling and staff coverage in partnership with the Scheduling ManagerMaintain strong knowledge of salon services, systems, and operationsSupport the Welcome Desk and Reservation Center as neededProblem-solve in real time and keep priorities moving forwardWhat We're Looking ForPeople management experience required (retail leadership experience strongly valued)Salon or service-industry experience is a plus-but not requiredA natural relationship builder who enjoys coaching and motivating othersStrong communication, organization, and problem-solving skillsA positive, professional leader who thrives in a fast-moving environmentFlexibility to work evenings, weekends, and across multiple locationsA desire to grow your career with a company that promotes from withinWho We Are Founded in 2003, Mango Salon is a locally owned business serving the Richmond and Western Henrico communities with three locations.
