If you are interested and qualified for this role, we invite you to apply.As Senior Director of Treasury Management Solutions, the primary responsibilities are to shape and lead our product and delivery strategy, provide management and leadership to the Product, Delivery and Support teams within Treasury Management, and to ensure the successful execution of our product and delivery roadmap. The director will define the strategy, set clear objectives and guide the team to deliver an exceptional Treasury Management experience that aligns with the bank’s goals and core client needs. The ability to collaborate cross-functionality with all stakeholders will be instrumental to ensuring the success of our products, delivery platform and drive business growth.Essential Functions/ResponsibilitiesDevelop and Execute Product Strategy: Define and communicate a clear vision and strategy that aligns with the company's overall objectives and market trends. Continuously evaluate market dynamics, customer needs, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities and drive continuous improvement.Provide Vendor Relationship leadership and direction on technology and partner decisions.Budget management and executive scorecard and management to support line of business growth, expense control and profitabilityProduct Roadmap Planning: Collaborate with key stakeholders, including executives, sales and market leadership, IT, Operations, Marketing, Digital and Sales teams, to prioritize and build a comprehensive roadmap. Ensure that initiatives are aligned with customer requirements, business goals, and resource availability.Team Leadership and Development: Build and lead high-performing product management, delivery and support teams, providing guidance, mentorship, and professional development opportunities. Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability within the team.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with core line of business partners to ensure smooth coordination and alignment across all stages of the client journey and product lifecycle. Foster effective communication and collaboration to deliver an exceptional experience that meets core client needs.Market and Competitive Analysis: Conduct thorough market research, analyze customer feedback, and monitor industry trends to identify opportunities and define product requirements. Keep a close eye on competitors' offerings, differentiators, and market positioning to developstrategies that ensure our products remain competitive.Product Performance and Metrics: Define and monitor key product performance metrics, such as revenue growth, customer adoption, customer satisfaction, and user engagement. Use data-driven insights to continuously improve products and drive business growth.Product Launch and Go-to-Market Strategy: Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop effective product launch plans and go-to-market strategies.
