SECURITY GUARD SUPERVISOR (Security) Job Title: Security Supervisor (Day Shift) We are seeking an experienced Security Supervisor to oversee daily security operations at our industrial facility. You will lead our on-site team and report directly to the Chief of Security. Responsible for any disciplinary actions Monitor Operations: Oversee gate access, patrols, and heavy machinery perimeter surveillance. Maintain a safe and secure environment Enforce Protocols: Ensure strict compliance with safety and hazard policies Incident Response: Act as first responder to site emergencies and disturbances Report Writing: Document detailed incident logs for the Chief of Security Inspect Equipment: Verify that all security systems function properly Required Qualifications Experience: Minimum 10 years of professional security experience Licensing: Must possess current CPL or CCW license Leadership: Proven track record managing or supervising a security team Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills in English Problem Solving: Ability to make quick, sound decisions under pressure Background Check: Must pass a comprehensive background check and drug screening and have a clean driving record #J-18808-Ljbffr
