We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Occupational Therapist or Certified Hand Therapist to join our healthcare team in Hillsboro. As an Occupational Therapist, you will be responsible for evaluating, planning, and implementing comprehensive treatment programs to help patients improve their mobility, manage pain, and enhance their quality of life.

Responsibilities include conducting thorough patient evaluations and developing individualized treatment plans, performing occupational therapy treatments using various therapeutic techniques and modalities, designing and implementing rehabilitation programs for patients with diverse conditions, monitoring and documenting patient progress, collaborating with healthcare professionals, supervising and guiding Therapy Assistants and support staff, maintaining accurate and detailed patient records, educating patients and their families about treatment plans and home exercise programs, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements and safety protocols, participating in team meetings, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications include an Occupational Therapy Degree from an accredited institution, a current Occupational Therapy license in the state of practice, valid CPR certification, proven clinical experience in occupational therapy, extensive knowledge of rehabilitation techniques and treatment methodologies, proficiency in Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems and MS Office, strong understanding of anatomy, physiology, and movement science, excellent assessment and diagnostic skills, superior communication and interpersonal abilities, demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team, strong organizational and documentation skills, experience working with diverse patient populations, and commitment to continuing education and professional development.
