As we continue to expand, we are seeking a highly skilled, reliable, and hardworking Irrigation Technician & Landscape Laborer who wants a long-term home and a real opportunity to move up into leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
Irrigation/Sprinkler Service: Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and install residential and commercial sprinkler systems (valves, pipes, wire tracing, PVB backflow repairs, controllers, and rain sensors).
Landscape Support: Assist with landscape lighting, drainage solutions, sod installation, and hardscape projects as needed.
Equipment Handling: Safely drive company trucks and tow utility trailers to and from jobsites.
Team Leadership: Lead by example with a strong work ethic, ensuring jobs are completed efficiently and left clean.
Hard Requirements (Please do not apply if you do not meet these):
Verifiable Irrigation Experience: You must have previous, hands-on experience diagnosing and repairing irrigation systems (working with brands like Hunter, Rain Bird, Toro, etc.).
Trailer Towing Skills: You must be comfortable and experienced in driving a truck with a trailer attached.
Valid Driver's License: Clean driving record required to drive company vehicles.
Reliability & Work Ethic: Show up on time, every day, ready to work hard in the Texas heat.
Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a huge plus.
