This is a great opportunity for someone with experience in supply planning, expediting & materials planning, or a related area who enjoys working cross-functionally and using data to drive planning decisions.In this role, you'll help ensure the right materials are available at the right time to support production. You'll work closely with purchasing, suppliers, manufacturing, logistics, quality, and scheduling teams while managing forecasts, inventory, material flow, and supplier requirements.What you'll do:Analyze material requirements and provide forecasts to suppliersManage inventory levels and material flow to support productionDetermine order quantities and monitor purchase ordersCoordinate material movements between suppliers, warehouses, and manufacturingPartner with purchasing, scheduling, operations, logistics, and quality teamsMonitor inventory, including excess and aging materialsTroubleshoot supply and planning issues and help identify root causesMaintain planning information in SAP/ERP systemsSupport S&OP, supply reviews, long-range planning, and other planning initiativesParticipate in process improvement and cost-saving opportunitiesWhat we're looking for:Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Operations, Logistics, Math/Statistics, or a related field; equivalent related experience may be consideredExperience in supply planning, materials planning, production planning, materials expediting, or a related areaSAP or other ERP experienceStrong Excel skillsStrong analytical and problem-solving abilitiesExcellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skillsAbility to manage changing priorities and work with a sense of urgencyManufacturing experienceNesco Resource provides equal employment opportunities to all employees and applicants for employment and prohibits discrimination and harassment of any type without regard to race, color, religion, age, sex, national origin, disability status, genetics, protected veteran status, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, or any other characteristic protected by federal, state, or local laws.
