- Responsible for cleaning of beverage areas in restaurant bar stations.
- Provides and replenishes beverage stock and supplies.
- Removes empty bottles and trash.
- Prepares necessary fruit for use as garnishes.
- Responsible for receiving, issuing and keeping necessary records of liquor stores and supplies.
- Serves as backup for bartenders when necessary.
- Maintains knowledge of Dram Shop Act and bartender's responsibilities and rights under it.
- Promotes outstanding guest service on a continual basis.
- Participates as a Team Member with bartenders, servers, supervisors and all other pertinent company Team Members in ensuring an efficient operation.
- Maintains the highest level of confidentiality.
- Responsible for maintaining a consistent, regular attendance record as outlined in the FireKeepers Casino Hotel Attendance Policy.
