Responsibilities:
- Configure, customize, and deploy Okta Auth0 solutions to meet enterprise security requirements.
- Develop and maintain secure authentication workflows and rules to enhance user experience while ensuring security compliance.
- Write and troubleshoot custom connectors to integrate Okta with various applications and services.
- Collaborate with cross functional teams to gather requirements and implement security solutions that align with business objectives.
- Conduct security assessments and audits to identify vulnerabilities and recommend remediation strategies.
- Provide technical guidance and support to junior team members and stakeholders regarding Okta and related technologies.
- Stay updated on the latest cybersecurity trends, threats, and technologies to continuously improve security practices.
- Proven expertise in Okta Auth0 configuration and deployment in an enterprise environment.
- Strong programming skills in Java, JavaScript, JSON, XML, and Python.
- Experience with RESTful API development and integration.
- Ability to write and troubleshoot complex rules and workflows within Okta.
- Experience in developing custom connectors for various applications.
- Familiarity with other identity and access management solutions.
- Knowledge of security frameworks and compliance standards (e.g., NIST, ISO 27001).
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and their security features.
- Understanding of network security principles and practices.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
- 7 10 years of experience in cybersecurity, with a focus on identity and access management.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, Okta Certified Administrator) are a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a remote environment.
