O'Reilly Automotive - - Responsibilities: Supervise the professional and retail operations of the store and team members involved.; Assist in hiring, testing, evaluating, promoting, disciplining, and discharging team members under supervision.; Train new team members assigned to him or her.; Handle team member performance evaluations and recommend pay increases.; Support store manager by working with the assistant management team ensuring safety compliance and that staff receive appropriate training.
