Responsibilities Follow Safety and Company Policies: Adhere to all company procedures, especially safety protocols such as electrical safety, lockout/tagout, and hot work; complete monthly safety inspections and coordinate annual fire extinguisher checks. Operate and Repair Equipment: Learn to operate and repair a wide range of equipment (e.g., furnaces, sealant machines, forklifts, cranes); coordinate with manufacturers for complex repairs. Support Preventive Maintenance: Follow maintenance schedules, assist with the plant maintenance program, and document all tasks performed. Maintain Clean and Safe Work Areas: Keep tools secure and workspaces clean, safe, and organized. Assist Production and Drive Improvements: Help with production as needed, interpret blueprints, troubleshoot equipment, and suggest ways to improve products, services, and operations. Qualifications PLC Expertise Well‑Rounded Maintenance Skills: Experienced in universal maintenance across various systems and equipment. VFD Proficiency: Strong knowledge and hands‑on experience with Variable Frequency Drives (VFDs). Electrical and Schematic Knowledge: Familiar with 24 VDC control circuit wiring; ability to read technical drawings, with European schematics as a plus.
