Licenses/Certifications: Valid Physical Therapist license in NH, BLS

Experience: At least 3+ years of outpatient/rehabilitation experience, oncology experience preferred

What You'll Do

• Provide evidence-based physical therapy treatment for outpatient clients, focusing on orthopedic and oncology rehabilitations
• Perform patient evaluations, develop personalized treatment plans, and track progress
• Utilize standard PT modalities (including Estim, USD) and device-specific techniques
• Educate patients and families on injury prevention, therapeutic exercises, and use of assistive devices
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes
• Document patient care accurately within the electronic medical records system
• Manage musculoskeletal, neuromuscular, and cardiovascular needs across a broad adult and pediatric population

What You Need

• Valid NH Physical Therapist license
• BLS certification
• Minimum of 3 years outpatient rehab experience, including oncology preferred
• Strong knowledge of PT modalities and patient education skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
